Many Summer Camps, Classes, Activities – In Local Agencies' Online Listings

Catalogs of summer options for kids in the Bay Area – including camps, classes, fairs, activities, reading lists, museums, and other opportunties to play and learn – are available online from the school district, El Cerrito and Kensington.

Families can find a wealth of summer fun and learning opportunities for young and old alike in online guides from the West Contra Costa school district, the City of El Cerrito and the Kensington Community Council.

The West Contra Costa Unified School District's 2012 Summer Activity Guide is a 69-page, well-organized catalog of A-to-Z options from many organizations, from the Adventure Playground in Berkeley to the Zoo in San Francisco. English and Spanish editions of the guide are accessible on the school district Web site

The El Cerrito Recreation Department has an online brochure about the city's summer camps, and the city's Spring & Summer 2012 recreation catalog lists many classes for youth and adults.
