Residents will be able to talk with and pose questions to Contra Costa Supervisor John Gioia at a Saturday breakfast in Richmond. There is no set agenda, but Gioia is expected to make remarks about youth and children issues. The "Breakfast with John" event will be held 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the George Miller lll Childcare Center at 300 South 27th Street, Richmond. Complimentary coffee and light refreshments will be served. There is no charge. For more information call Joan Carpenter at 510-374-3231.
