Check Out City Website's New Look
Makeover is user-friendly, colorful and vaguely familiar.

After being down for maintenance over the three-day weekend, the City of Elk Grove's website is back with a brand-new look.
The new site is more colorful and easier to navigate. Need to report a public works problem or get information about business licenses? Both those options appear in a drop-down menu of frequently-asked questions.
Users can also access city council agendas and minutes with just one click. (Now if only those agendas were available in html instead of just as pdfs, for easy linking. Hint, hint.)

We're fans of the leafy green background, prominent community calendar and colorful thumbnails. In fact, we couldn't help noticing that they looked rather...well, Patchy.
