ELK GROVE, CA — No one won the jackpot in Saturday night's Powerball drawing but one ticket sold in Northern California matched the first five numbers. It is worth $470,633.

The ticket was purchased at Island Pacific Supermarket in Elk Grove. This is the second large Powerball ticket bought in Elk Grove this month. The first ticket was worth $1,220,123. The value is vastly different because California lotto games pay on a parimutuel basis, which is based on how much money was bet. The first winning ticket was purchased when the Powerball jackpot was a billion dollars.

Also, an $18 million SuperLotto Plus ticket was sold in West Sacramento this month.
