Pacific Coast Grill mixologist Miguel Zamora has something new up his sleeve. It's Prickly Pear cactus season! Only available in August and September Miguel just harvested our cacti crop and the juice is delicious! Come in for Prickly Pear Lemonade while it lasts: Add Grey Goose or Don Julio for an addictive refreshing summer adult beverage Miguel isn’t the only one with creative juices flowing.

Chef Torrey “The Creator” just added two new dinner entrees and a delectable new appetizer. House-Cured Wild Salmon Bruschetta with dill cream cheese & heirloom tomato-caper compote. The salmon used for this dish is so fresh and buttery! Of course, being right on the Pacific Ocean, we are wild about lobster! Try the new Lobster-Bacon Carbonara angel hair pasta, heirloom tomato compote & ½ grilled lobster tail This dish is a lobster-lovers dream!

Lastly, the Surf & Turf has a new twist! Herb- Mustard Filet & Butter Broiled Lobster Tail with truffle chive croquette & cipollini demi. This dish features a full 8oz of lobster and 6oz of filet to satiate even the biggest of appetites. (see attached photos) PCG’s new oceanfront home features the same unique “Pacific Coast” cuisine and an oyster bar as well as select sushi rolls, black mussels, baked oysters and a plethora of seafood choices & more!

Since 1995, PCG has used fresh, local, free range ingredients to produce delicious food at friendly prices. The kitchen grinds Certified Sterling beef for burgers, makes fresh-cut Kennebec fries with house-made ketchup. PCG menu favorites include its best-selling lobster tacos, pan seared sea bass, and delectable white chocolate bread pudding with caramel bourbon sauce. New comers on the menu include Margarita-Braised Short Ribs & Coconut-Crab crusted Mahi Mahi. Patrons will find a variety of seafood items plus options from the land.

PCG also offers World Class Margaritas made with fresh juices & premium tequila. For example, sip on a signature Black Berry Margarita, Miguel’s fantastic concoction, high in antioxidants. We mix Don Julio Blanco, agave nectar, fresh black berries & organic blueberry juice.
