4 Men, Including 70-Year-Old, Arrested on Charges of Soliciting Prostitution
The North County Regional Prostitution/Human Trafficking Task Force conducted the detail.

Four men, including one 70 years old, were arrested Friday night in Encinitas on suspicion of soliciting prostitution, authorities said.
Arrested between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. were John Marino, 47, of Encinitas; Mort Mirmontazeri, 56 of Vista; Ron Kramer, 70, of Carlsbad; and Michael Lustinig, 64, of San Diego, said the Sheriff’s Department.
All four were transported and booked into the Vista Detention Facility. By Saturday afternoon, they were apparently out on bail, according to online records.
