West Coast Chipotle's Offer Vegan Sofritas
Sofritas are made from organic tofu from Hodo Soy that is shredded and then braised with chipotle chilis, roasted poblanos, and a blend of spices.
The new braised tofu Sofritas are available on at Chipotle's in Califormia, Oregon, Washington and Vancouver B.C.
