Yummy Cupcakes, the Los Angeles based cupcake and treats shop is opening in Encinitas on Monday, according to the San Diego Business Journal.

"While it may seem that San Diego has seen its fair share of cupcake concepts roll in and out of its gourmet dessert scene, it's been clear to us from day one that Yummy Cupcakes is in a category of its own," Shannon Mahoney, director of Operations, Marketing & Events, told the paper.
The cupcakes at Yummy Cupcakes have proven to be popular in its nine years since opening, as the company is frequently invited to special events and gatherings in Hollywood and beyond.They will offer dozens of different flavors of cupcakes, including unique offerings like "Apple Cheddar Pie," Bacon Breakfast Bonanza," "Ginger Soy," and "Mango Lime Chili & Salt."
The shop is located at 1514 Encinitas Blvd (between Turner Ave & Camino De Las Flores)
