$50,000 Reward Extended for Hit-and-Run in Tarzana

A $50,000 reward has been extended for a second time as police look for a two drivers who hit a pedestrian in Tarzana and then fled, authorities said Wednesay.

The collision occurred on Dec. 2 at about 12:15 a.m.

A dark gray sports utility vehicle was going north on Reseda Boulevard when it hit the pedestrian going east on Reseda, south of Bessemer Street, according to a news release from the Los Angeles Police Department.     

As the pedestrian, identified as Thomas Robert Price, 22, a Reseda resident, lay in the street motionless, he was struck by a second passenger vehicle, police said.

The first hit-and-run vehicle was described as a 1997-1998 dark gray SUV, possibly a Chevrolet Tahoe LX with a 4-5 inch lift kit. The vehicle may have sustained head lamp damage from the collision, according to the news release.

The second hit-and-run vehicle was described as a dark blue, four-door sedan, possibly an Acura.
