UPDATED: One Person Shot in Encino Home Invasion Robbery, Suspect at Large
BREAKING: A man was shot on White Oak Avenue, and his assailant fled on foot.

A man was shot in an Encino neighborhood after confronting a home invasion robber Tuesday afternoon. His shooter is still at large.
"The call came in at 12:38 p.m. The person that called in is a male saying that he had been shot," said Los Angeles Police Department Officer Matthew Ludwig. "The suspect was last seen on foot. He was wearing a gray shirt and a baseball hat."

The victim has been hospitalized in stable condition.
The suspect took the gun with him. A perimeter has not been established, and additional officers were called to the scene at the 5200 block of White Oak Avenue to help investigate, Ludwig said.

ORIGINAL POST: LAPD has reported that one person has been injured in a shooting in Encino on Tuesday, reports ABC news. There is no news on the condition as of now.
The suspect is being described as a mid-20s male, wearing a baseball hat, believed to have used a semi-automatic handgun.
