Dash Diet Voted Best of 2012
Did you make a new year's resolution to get in shape? US News has voted the Dash diet to be the best of the bunch.

Two of the most popular new year's resolutions are to go to the gym more , and to eat more healthily.
Help is at hand with the latter in the form of the Dash diet, which was voted the best overall diet in the U.S. News and World Report's Best Diets 2012, according to the Los Angeles Times. It also won in other categories, including the best diet for diabetes.
The Huffington Post reported that the government recommends the diet for those looking to lower their blood pressure. Dash focuses on eating fruit, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat milk and plant-based protein. Click here for the full Dash diet guide. And good luck!
