Fire Scorches Tarzana Apartment Building
The cause of a fire on the second floor of a Tarzana apartment building remains under investigation.

TARZANA, CA — A fire inside one unit of an apartment building in Tarzana was extinguished in about 23 minutes Monday.
The blaze on the second floor of the building at 6230 Reseda Blvd., near Victory Boulevard, was reported at 5:10 p.m., said Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The department dispatched 58 firefighters to the scene, Stewart said.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire remained under investigation, Stewart said.
