Panera Bread Now Open in Encino

Panera Bread is here!

The store, located at 16624 Ventura Boulevard on the site of the old Uncle Chen's Chinese Restaurant, opened to the public on December 30, 2011, according to a store employee at the location.

The restaurant offers the chain's usual fare of sandwiches, salads, soup bowls, coffee and other beverages. For a menu, click here.

Several emails from Encino Patch to Panera Bread's media relations department, requesting more information about the Encino branch, were not responded to by the company.
