The increases stem from record low gasoline inventories and continued refinery issues that "may resolve itself in the next week,'' according to Jeffrey Spring of the Automobile Club of Southern California. The average price is 15.4 cents more than one week ago, 11.4 cents higher than one month ago and 14 cents greater than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. Some of the lowest gas prices for a gallon of regular gas in Culver City today <a href="http://losangelesgasprices.com/GasPriceSearch.aspx" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">can be found at Arco</a>, including the station on 11181 West Washington Blvd. and Sepulveda Boulevard.
