UPDATE: 'Death in Brooklyn' at Temple Judea and 'Wunderkinder' at Laemmle Monday Night

The Jewish Film Festival continues.

The Los Angeles Jewish Film Festival opened Thursday, with movies showing at Laemmle Theaters in Encino, Beverly Hills and Pasadena.

The Los Angeles Jewish Film Festival (LAJFF) "builds community awareness, appreciation and pride in the diversity of the Jewish people through film," according to its website.
