Le Pain Quotidien to Open on Ventura Boulevard in Encino

The vacant spot on Ventura Boulevard at the corner of Firmament Avenue has been rented by Le Pain Quotidien, according to Christian Irwin of Domino Realty, the company responsible for leasing the property.

Irwin told Patch that "the ink is still drying" on the agreement at 15493 Ventura Boulevard, and that while construction would begin shortly, there had been no formal announcement on a timeline or when the restaurant would open.

Irwin said that the popular restaurant chain would be making use of the patio area for outside dining as well.
