At-Risk San Diego County Man Missing

ESCONDIDO, CA -- Authorities are asking the public for help in finding a San Diego County man who went missing Saturday. Jose Natividad Hernandez, 84, was last seen around 5:30 p.m. Saturday on the 100 block of Sheridan Ave. in Escondido.

Hernandez is 5'11 in height and weighs 190 pounds. He has white hair and brown eyes. Police described him as at-risk. He was last seen wearing an unknown color jacket, blue short sleeve shirt, gray pants and black shoes with white socks.

Hernandez only speaks Spanish and is hard of hearing.
