Carmichael Native Qualifies for Laureate Society at Whitworth University

A Carmichael native was named to the Whitworth University Laureate Society this past spring, officials at the Spokane, Wash. school announced.
Shannon Eshoff qualified for the academic honors society by maintaining a grade point average of at least 3.75 during the semester, according to a news release.
Whitworth is a private liberal arts university affiliated with the Presbyterian Church (USA), officials said. The university, which has an enrollment of nearly 3,000 students, offers 60 undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
