Police Log, March 14: Graffiti Reported at Feral Cat Feeding Station

7:50 a.m. - Trespassing - Occurred on Chess Dr. Homeless male found sleeping under a stairwell. Subject left prior to officers arrival and extensive area made with negative results.

8:11 a.m. - Suspicious Person - Occurred on Marlin Ave. RP reports a suspicious WMA carrying a red/black duffle bag, a gallon of water and a back pack. Subject contacted and is on his way to the laundromat.

8:19 a.m. - Found Property - Occurred on Shell Blvd. Abandoned Schwinn bicycle found.

10:01 a.m. - Fraud - Occurred on Foster City Blvd. Front counter RP reports sending an electronic check as payment for online goods and then finding the company is fraudulent.

10:41 a.m. - Citizen Assist - Occurred on Stilt Ct. Front counter RP would like to speak with an Officer regarding people having lunch in their vehicles near his street, often leaving trash behind. Advice rendered and passing checks requested.

11:20 a.m. - Found Property - Occurred on E 3D Ave. RP at the front counter found what may be a change machine along the levy. Determined to be of no value. 

12:34 p.m. - Graffiti - Occurred on Beach Park Blvd. RP reports graffiti at a feral cat feeding station. RP or a representative will respond in person to file a formal report at a later date. Extra patrol requested & rendered.

6:38 p.m. - Welfare Check - Occurred on Metro Center Blvd. RP reports a male subject was beating a 3 or 4 Y.O. boy in the parking lot approx. 5 minutes ago. Father & child contacted at their residence and no crime occurred.

8:10 p.m. - Animal Call - Occurred on Biscayne Ave. RP reports a small dog left at an abandoned vacant home.
