• OC Man Fired Officer's Gun, Bit Sergeant During Violent PD Lobby Incident: DA (patch.com) — A Fountain Valley man is accused of grabbing an officer’s gun, firing a shot, and biting a sergeant during a confrontation in the Fountain Valley Police Department lobby on Dec. 19. Prosecutors say he faces multiple felony and misdemeanor charges and a potential decades-long prison sentence if convicted, after previously being on probation for resisting an executive officer.
