90 apartments are available. For a 2-person household, you may earn up to $46,500 a year.

FREMONT, CA — Construction is almost complete on a new senior affordable housing project in Fremont, Pauline Weaver Senior Apartments. This new complex, formerly known as Mission Court, is located at 47003 Mission Falls Court in Fremont’s Warm Springs area.

The project was built in partnership with Eden Housing and includes 90 units for seniors who earn between 30 and 50 percent of the Area Median Income. For a one-person household that's $40,700 a year. For a two-person household it's $46,500.

Leasing for Pauline Weaver Senior Apartments will begin in September 2018. If you are interested in applying, please sign up for the City's Senior Affordable Housing Interest List. Application information will be emailed to subscribers next week, on Monday, Aug. 27, 2018.
