New Apartments Under Construction In Fremont
The downtown development will include apartments, retail, and a parking garage.
FREMONT, CA — Construction is underway in downtown Fremont a new mixed-use development at the corner of Walnut Avenue and Liberty Street. It will include 275 apartments and ground floor retail space. There will also be a six-story garage.
The apartments will include studios, one-bedroom units, and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 556 to 1,429 square feet. Rental prices have not been announced.
The project is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2021. It is located at 3515 Walnut Avenue.

The development is roughly half a mile from the Fremont BART Station and close to AC Transit bus lines and several major retailers.
