Newly Built Affordable Apartments For Seniors Open In Fremont
The complex includes a community room, common courtyard, community gardens, a computer lab, and bike storage.

FREMONT, CA — The City of Fremont held a ribbon cutting ceremony recently for the newly opened Pauline Weaver Senior Apartments, featuring 89 affordable rental units for seniors. It's named for Pauline Weaver, a longtime Fremont resident, previous Fremont Planning Commissioner, and Eden Housing Board Member who has devoted her career to providing affordable housing.
The complex includes a community room, common courtyard, community gardens, a computer lab, and bike storage.
This new complex was built in partnership with Eden Housing. It's located at 47003 Mission Falls Court in Fremont’s Warm Springs area.
