FREMONT, CA — Here's a free event for the whole family this Saturday — the Fremont Nature Learning Center is hosting an Open House.
You can explore the wonders of nature including a special talk on monarch butterflies by a naturalist from the East Bay Regional Park District. You'll learn about monarch migration and how your yard can play a role in helping these beautiful creatures.
The Nature Learning Center highlights the importance of wildlife and the environment, allowing visitors to get up close with local animals through taxidermy mounts, delve into a pollinator garden, and learn about our local watersheds.

The Nature Learning Center Open House will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. It is located in Fremont’s Central Park at 40224 Paseo Padre Parkway, near the Aqua Adventure Waterpark.
