As a storm moved through the Bay Area last Friday, there was a momentary break in the clouds.
FREMONT, CA — Phil Flanner snapped this photo last Friday showing rays of the sun streaking down onto San Francisco Bay. He snapped the photo from Coyote Hills Regional Park.
