On October 25, a funeral service was held at the Save Mart Center in Fresno for former Fresno County Correctional Officer Toamalama Scanlan.
The nearly lifelong San Joaquin Valley resident was a devout Christian, veteran and tenderhearted, all-in family man.
The crash happened Tuesday. One driver was airlifted from the scene.
