Eligible Japanese American students in the chapter area, including several South Bay high schools, can apply for multiple awards focused on STEM, business, languages, and general studies before the April 1, 2026 deadline. 
• Four-Star Offensive Playmaker Legend Bey Announces He Will Sign with Ohio State After Securing Release from Scholarship Agreement with Tennessee (elevenwarriors.com) — Gardena gets a brief spotlight as Ohio State’s 2026 football class includes defensive end Khary Wilder from Junipero Serra High School.
