1. Continue the good management of the communities assets and finances to benefit the residents and rate payers.
2. Initiate research in to feasibility of long term resource solutions like recycling and desalinization. Research is not a commitment for any action but without facts, decisions can only be made on speculations.
3. Complete infrastructure improvement project (additional water storage, sewer mainline upgrade).
