Possible Mountain Lion Sighting Reported In El Granada
The county issued an alert about the sighting.
SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA — A possible mountain lion sighting was reported Monday evening in the unincorporated area of El Granada in San Mateo County, according to county emergency officials.
The county issued an alert about the sighting that was reported at about 7:20 p.m. in the area of Del Monte and San Pedro roads.
The animal was not aggressive and stayed hidden in vegetation, according to the county.
