Assembly Bill 354 now requires public schools to receive proof that all students were given a Tdap booster vaccine entering grades 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 for the upcoming 2011-2012 school year.
Hermosa Valley middle school student will not be able to register for classes unless proof of immunization, including a physician’s signature or stamp, is provided to the school health office.
