This educational event on bike safety also includes games and prizes. Demonstrations, equipment maintenance, riding skills and general safety education will be held on the lawn adjacent to the picnic tables in Valley Park.
Safety instruction will include an update on Hermosa's Bike Master Plan, the South Bay Cities Bike Master Plan, the Leadership Hermosa Beach bike rack project and state law for pedistrians, vehicles and cyclists.
