A Hermosa Beach tradition, the Ironman tournament consists of the following:
- A mile-long run on the beach
- A mile-long paddle in the ocean (on your long board!)
- Drinking a 6-pack of beer immediately after getting out of the water
For those interested in participating, the Ironman is $20 and you will need to bring your own surfboard and 6-pack to join in.
