Hermosa Beach CERT residents, in partnership with the American Red Cross, is offering to train how to respond to disasters in effort to prepare community volunteers for managing shelter operations in case of an emergency.
Shelters will be set up in the community to meet the needs of people displaced as a result of a disaster—the workshop will be held at the in the Community Center.
