According to the agenda for Thursday's meeting, the council will devote the bulk of the meeting to determining their bylaws for the coming year.

The Highland Park Neighborhood Council holds its regular meetings on the first and third Thursday of every month and may also call any additional required special meetings in accordance with its Bylaws and the Brown Act.
