Readers Poll: What are you Hungry for on Tuesdays?

Last month we reported on the potential Tuesday night food fight in Highland Park, now we want to know where you stand.

As Andrea C. Quezada last month, Tuesday night,  when some of So-Cal's finest farmers, artisans and food truck peddlers  congregate in the neighborhood, has become a feast for local foodies.

The evening offers two marquee events: at 5703 Marmion Way and at . We've asked, considering the economy and the lack of fun community events that occur on weeknights, if it might not make sense to split the events up and hold them on separate nights. Why should Tuesday get all the love, after all? However, vendors and local business leaders are split on the question of whether the two events should be held on different evenings, in order to increase attendence at each.

So, for now, we'd like to encourage you, the reader and resident food snob, to enjoy the bounty. Fill up on Korean meatloaf and savory ramen or whatever else the  fine food trucks are offering that suits your fancy, then, swing by the farmer's market and buy a vegan chocolate chip cookie from Mardy's Munchies for dessert. And would it kill you to buy some vegetables? We didn't think so.
