Arson Investigation Underway In Blaze That Burned Hollywood Craftsman, 2 Nearby Buildings
One person was pulled out of the burning building.
HOLLYWOOD, CA — One person was injured in a fire that broke out at a boarded-up home in Hollywood and spread to two nearby buildings early Sunday morning.
Firefighters responded to two-story Craftsman home on Sunset Boulevard, just east of Highland Avenue, at around 4:30 a.m. The house had "heavy fire" on both floors, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Crews pulled one victim from the fire, who was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition.

The fire spread to two nearby bungalows.
It took 70 firefighters an hour and 12 minutes to extinguish the blaze.
