Brush Fire Ignites Near Universal Studios In Hollywood Hills
A wildfire dubbed the "Coyote Fire" ignited near Universal Studios in Hollywood Hills. At least 1 acre of brush burned above a dog park.
LOS ANGELES — A wildfire Monday evening scorched about 1 acre of brush near Universal Studios in Hollywood Hills.
Over 70 firefighters were called for the wildfire on Barham Boulevard, dubbed the "Coyote Fire," including three helicopters, the Los Angeles Fire Department said. The fire was less than a mile from Universal Studios.
The blaze scorched medium-to-heavy brush above a dog park near the Ava Apartment complex. Firefighters said flames were moving toward Coyote Canyon.

Firefighters needed about 75 minutes to contain the flames.
The fire did not threaten any buildings, and no one was hurt or evacuated.
