HOLLYWOOD, CA — Dodgers pitcher Yoshinobu Yamamoto's Hollywood Hills home was targeted early Wednesday morning by burglars, according to reports.

The attempted break-in occurred at around 5 a.m. at the player's home, located in the exclusive Bird Streets neighborhood, the Los Angeles Police Department told ABC 7.

While Yamamoto was on the road with his team, someone was home at the time of the incident and turned on a light, likely scaring off intruders. The suspects jumped over a fence and smashed a window before fleeing, KTLA reported.
