Crews Extinguish Hollywood Apartment Fire
No injuries were reported, and the blaze was knocked down in less than 15 minutes, officials said.
HOLLYWOOD, CA โ A fire broke out late Tuesday in a two-story apartment building in Hollywood, but nobody was hurt.
The fire was reported about 5:40 p.m. in the 6000 block of West Sunset Boulevard, near Gordon Street, according to Margaret Stewart of the Los Angeles Fire Department. She said 31 firefighters extinguished the flames in 13 minutes.
There was no immediate word on the cause of the fire, which was contained to the building's second floor, according to Stewart.
