Fire Burns At East Hollywood Office Building
A fire broke out at an East Hollywood office building Friday morning.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — It took 114 firefighters about 45 minutes to extinguish a blaze that broke out at a Vermont Avenue office building Friday morning.
Crews responded to reports of smoke showing from the third floor of the 320 N. Vermont Ave. building, owned by Hubbard College of Administration, at around 9:15 a.m., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Firefighters fought heavy fire in one corner room and worked to protect adjacent rooms and the floor below.

Firefighters extinguished the blaze by 10 a.m.
"LAFD crews continuing salvage efforts to protect property within the structure from collateral smoke and water. The fire's cause remains under active investigation," the LAFD said.
