Hearing To Determine Sanity Of Rihanna's Alleged Stalker
A hearing aims to determine if the man who allegedly broke in and spent the night at Rihanna's Hollywood home is sane enough for trial.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — A mental competency hearing was ordered Friday for a Fullerton man who is charged with stalking singer Rihanna, allegedly breaking into her Hollywood Hills home and spending about 12 hours inside.
Superior Court Judge David Fields suspended criminal proceedings against Eduardo Leon, 26, pending a June 15 status report at the downtown Los Angeles courthouse.
Leon was charged May 14 with one felony count each of stalking, first- degree residential burglary and vandalism, along with one misdemeanor count of resisting arrest.

Prosecutors allege that Leon hopped a fence May 9 before entering the house and spending about 12 hours inside. The singer was not home at the time, but her assistant discovered Leon the next day and called police, authorities said.
