HOLLYWOOD, CA — Hip-hop artist Travis Scott had Fairfax in a frenzy today, when he pulled up to promote his new magazine cover with i-D. The ASTROWORLD artist sold limited edition 'Cactus Jack' merch, along with his very own magazine feature.

The cover features Scott holding his dog, which sports a collar reading "Hello humans, it's going to be okay." Photographer Spike Jonze shot the photo, while Mandalorian director Robert Rodriguez handled the interview.

According to TMZ, Scott eventually had to be whisked away by security as eager fans quickly crowded him at the pop-up. Social media footage showed the store overrun with fans, while Scott signed autographs inside.

Scott is beginning to promote his forthcoming Utopia album, and shed some light on the new direction in the cover story.

"I never tell people this, and I’m probably going to keep it a secret still, but I’m working with some new people and I’m just trying to expand the sound," he said. "I’ve been making beats again, rapping on my own beats, just putting everything together and trying to grow it really. That’s been one of the most fun things about working on this album. I’m evolving, collaborating with new people, delivering a whole new sound, a whole new range."
