Hunt On For Attacker In Hollywood Stabbing
Police are looking for an assailant who stabbed a man in Hollywood Wednesday and fled the scene on foot.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — A man was stabbed Wednesday afternoon in Hollywood and the suspected attacker was at large.
The stabbing occurred about 4:20 p.m. in the 6100 block of Afton Place, near Gower Street, according to Los Angeles police Officer Tony Im.
No details were available about what precipitated the attack, which was reported by the victim's sister, Im said.

The victim was taken to a hospital, he said.
The suspect -- described as a Hispanic man, 25-30 years old with black hair and brown eyes and wearing a blue shirt and shorts -- fled the scene in an unknown direction, Im said.
