Kathie Lee Giffords To Receive Walk Of Fame Star
The former host of "Live! With Regis and Kathie Lee" will receive a star close to her former co-host Regis Philbin.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — Talk show host and actress Kathie Lee Gifford will soon be the newest member of the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The former host of "Live! With Regis and Kathie Lee" will receive the Walk of Fame's 2,695th star during a special induction ceremony on April 28th at 11:30 a.m.
The star will be installed at 6834 Hollywood Boulevard, near the El Capitan Theatre. Fittingly, Gifford's plaque will reside only five stars away from her former co-host, Regis Philbin.
“The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to be honoring America’s Sweetheart Kathie Lee Gifford with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame," said Walk of Fame producer Ana Martinez. "We were able to find a perfect location near the El Capitan Theatre and five stars away from her friend and television co-host Regis Philbin! We are proud to add Kathie Lee Gifford to our Walk of Fame family."

Kotb and Gifford previously co-hosted "Today with Kathie Lee & Hoda," which won the new inductee four Emmy awards. The show ran from 2008-2019, when Gifford departed to pursue other endeavors.
