LA Woman: I Got Herpes From Sephora Lipstick Sample

A woman is suing beauty store Sephora claiming she got herpes from a lipstick sample.

LOS ANGELES, CA -- A woman is suing beauty store Sephora claiming she got herpes from a lipstick sample.

The woman claims she tried lipstick at Sephora's Hollywood location in October 2015 when she ended up getting herpes, according to a report by TMZ.com.

The lawsuit states the store "failed to clearly warn the woman and other customers of the risk of getting herpes or other diseases from trying on the lipstick samples," according to the report.
