Man Arrested After Hollywood Standoff With SWAT Team

A man was arrested Monday after a standoff with SWAT officers in Hollywood, following a report of a disturbance on New Hampshire Avenue.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — A man was arrested Monday after a standoff with SWAT officers in Hollywood.

Officers went to the 1200 block of New Hampshire Avenue on a report that a man was causing a disturbance and was barricaded at the scene, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

A SWAT team was summoned, and the man was taken into custody about 11 a.m., police said. His name was not immediately released.
