Man Fatally Stabbed In East Hollywood/Los Feliz Neighborhood Monday

A 69-year-old man was fatally stabbed in an area straddling East Hollywood and Los Feliz Monday night, according to the LAPD.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — A 69-year-old man was fatally stabbed in an area straddling East Hollywood and Los Feliz Monday night, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Police responded to the 4600 block of Hollywood Boulevard, between Vermont and Hillhurst avenues, at around 9:10 p.m. Officers found the suspect and victim suffering from stab wounds, according to police.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene and the suspect was taken into custody, police said.

CBS Los Angeles reported the stabbing occurred in an alley at the intersection of Rodney Drive, a side street that runs through the dense Los Feliz Village neighborhood.
