Police Arrest Rihanna's Alleged Break-In Stalker
Police arrested a man who allegedly broke into Rihanna's Hollywood Hills home and made himself at home for 12 hours.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A Fullerton man was charged Monday with stalking Rihanna and breaking into the singer's Hollywood Hills home and spending about 12 hours inside.
Eduardo Leon, 26, is charged with one felony count each of stalking, first-degree residential burglary and vandalism and a misdemeanor count of resisting arrest, according to the District Attorney's Office. He wsa expected to be arraigned in a downtown courtroom sometime Monday afternoon.
Prosecutors allege Leon hopped a fence last Wednesday before entering the house. The singer was not home at the time, but her assistant discovered Leon the next day and called police, according to authorities.

If convicted as charged, Leon faces up to six years in prison.
