Shooting In Hollywood Injures At Least 1 Person Tuesday Morning: LAPD

At least one person was injured in a Tuesday morning shooting that occurred near the West Hollywood border, the LAPD said.

HOLLYWOOD, CA — At least one person was injured in a shooting Tuesday morning in Hollywood, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Officers responded to the area of Santa Monica Boulevard and Sycamore Avenue, one block east of La Brea Avenue, Tuesday at around 7:50 a.m., police said.

A caller had reported that there were two victims down in the incident. One person was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition. Another person was transported to a police station; it's unclear what his or her involvement is at this time, an LAPD spokesman told Patch.

Police are seeking a white Audi SUV in connection with the incident, the spokesman said.
