HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA — A traffic collision involving two vehicles on Interstate 405 in Westminster blocked two lanes, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash was causing traffic delays on the freeway from Fountain Valley to Huntington Beach, according to reports from the scene.

CHP officers responded to the incident around 3:30 p.m. on I-405 at Warner Avenue, where the collision closed down a fast lane and the carpool lane, CHP reported.
